At Boost Mobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device or accessory, you can return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in like-new condition.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your device is in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation, and that the return is initiated within the 7-day trial period.

    Obtain RMA Number

    Contact our Customer Care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required to track and process your return successfully.

  • 3.
    Package and Ship

    Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our fulfillment center using a trackable carrier.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.
